OVERVIEW
Sales Call Prep is a Chrome extension operated by Predicta (Louis Nonis, Melbourne, Australia). Contact: louis@louisnonis.com

DATA WE COLLECT
- Your name and company (optional, entered in Settings) - stored locally in your browser only
- Brief usage count - stored locally to manage the 5 free brief limit
- Anonymous user ID - randomly generated, stored locally and on our backend to manage usage limits
- Pro licence key and email - stored locally if you upgrade
- LinkedIn profile text - read from the active page you are viewing, sent to our backend for brief generation, not stored after processing

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect browsing history, IP addresses, payment card details, passwords, cookies, analytics or tracking data. We do not collect data from any page other than the active LinkedIn profile you are viewing.

HOW DATA IS USED
Data is used solely to generate sales call prep briefs, manage the free trial limit, and verify Pro subscriptions. We do not use data for advertising, profiling or any unrelated purpose.

DATA STORAGE
Most data is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local and is never transmitted to Predicta servers. Your anonymous user ID and brief count are stored on our backend (Vercel) to enforce usage limits. LinkedIn profile text is processed in real time and not retained after your brief is delivered.

DATA SHARING
We do not sell or share your personal data. Data is shared only with:
- Anthropic API: to generate your brief using AI (subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy)
- Vercel: our backend hosting provider (anonymous data only)
- Stripe: payment processing if you upgrade to Pro (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Legal authorities if required by law

YOUR RIGHTS
You may access, delete or correct your locally stored data at any time via Chrome's extension settings or by uninstalling the extension. To request deletion of backend data contact louis@louisnonis.com and we will action within 30 days.

CHILDREN
This extension is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
